چکیده

Biotransformation, the structural modification of chemical compounds, has proved to be an indispensable tool in providing beneficial health effects. Although benefits biotransformation using plant sources been widely studied, anti-adipogenic effect biotransformed dairy products, such as whey, have not yet demonstrated. Here, we investigated whey by Weissella cibaria 3T3-L1 adipocytes. cibaria-biotransformed considerably reduced accumulation lipid droplets and intracellular triglycerides cells. In presence W. mRNA protein expression a key transcription factor, peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor γ (PPARγ), for adipogenesis was markedly suppressed Additionally, also decreased expressions lipoprotein lipase adipocyte fatty acid-binding protein, which are regulated PPARγ. Moreover, inhibited adipokines, resistin, leptin. Collectively, these results suggest that potential exert effects inhibiting signaling events adipogenic-related factors target genes.

The Inhibitory Effect of Weissella koreensis 521 Isolated from Kimchi on 3T3-L1 Adipocyte Differentiation

Abnormal adipocyte growth, in terms of increased cell numbers and increased cell differentiation, is considered to be a major pathological feature of obesity. Thus, the inhibition of preadipocyte mitogenesis and differentiation could help prevent and suppress obesity. The aim of this study was to assess whether extracts from Weissella koreensis 521 cells isolated from kimchi could exert anti-ad...

MicroRNA and 3T3-L1 pre-adipocyte differentiation.

MicroRNAs (miRNAs) have been suggested to play important roles in cell proliferation, apoptosis, and differentiation. In this study, we examined miRNA expression profiles during 3T3-L1 pre-adipocyte differentiation. We constructed miRNA libraries from pre- and post-differentiated 3T3-L1 cells, and identified the expression of 77 previously reported miRNAs and 3 new miRNAs. Next, we investigated...

Regulation of adipocyte differentiation of 3T3-L1 cells by PDZRN3.

PDZRN3, a member of the PDZRN (or LNX) family of proteins, is essential for the differentiation of mesenchymal stem cells into myotubes, but it plays an inhibitory role in the differentiation of these cells into osteoblasts. Given that mesenchymal stem cells also differentiate into adipocytes, we examined the possible role of PDZRN3 in adipogenesis in mouse 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. The expression ...

TonEBP suppresses adipocyte differentiation via modulation of early signaling in 3T3-L1 cells

TonEBP belongs to the Rel family of transcription factors and plays important roles in inflammation as well as kidney homeostasis. Recent studies suggest that TonEBP expression is also involved in differentiation of several cell types such as myocytes, chondrocytes, and osteocytes. In this study, we investigated the roles of TonEBP during adipocyte differentiation in 3T3-L1 cells. TonEBP mRNA a...

Analysis of Transcription Factor Network Underlying 3T3-L1 Adipocyte Differentiation

Lipid accumulation in adipocytes reflects a balance between enzymatic pathways leading to the formation and breakdown of esterified lipids, primarily triglycerides. This balance is extremely important, as both high and low lipid levels in adipocytes can have deleterious consequences. The enzymes responsible for lipid synthesis and breakdown (lipogenesis and lipolysis, respectively) are regulate...
